Tempe, Arizona
Summary: The City of Tempe invites artists to submit qualifications to create designs that would be used in the play area rubberized surfaces of upcoming Tempe Park Playground renovation projects. The selected artist(s) will work with the City Public Art Program and Parks Services Section to create images that can be translated into rubber surfaces used in playgrounds. The selected artist(s) will be expected to provide consultation services with staff throughout the project as needed

Masterwork Foundation Community Art Grant
Summary: 6/12/19
Budget: Each year, Masterwork Foundation issues a number of community grants to organizations or individuals striving for excellence in the arts.
This year, the Masterwork Foundation Board has refined the criteria. For the 2019-2020 community grant season, we’ll be giving out three grants. One grant will be given at the $1,000 level. Two additional grants will be given at the $500 level.

Wyoming Arts Council Visual Arts Fellowships
Cheyenne, Wyoming
Summary: The Wyoming Arts Council’s Visual Arts Fellowships are awards of merit, based on the artist’s portfolio, honoring the work of Wyoming visual artists whose work reflects serious and exceptional aesthetic investigation. Artists working in any media, including film and video, may apply. Applications are juried by noted artists, curators, and others in the visual arts from outside the state. Up to three fellowships may be given each year, and jurors may also select honorable mentions.

University of Illinois Carle Illinois College of Medicine Renovation
Urbana-Champaign, Illinois
Summary: The Art in Architecture (AIA) Program of the University of Illinois Facilities & Services is pleased to announce a Request for Direct Purchase of Artwork (RDPA). Professional artists are invited to submit images of available work to be considered for the permanent original public art at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). This call seeks artwork for the Medical Sciences Building Carle Illinois College of Medicine Renovation in Urbana, Illinois. The project is currently set to start construction in spring of 2019 and is scheduled to complete construction in mid-summer of 2020.

Museum of Exploration and Innovation 2020
Santa Barbara, California
Summary: MOXI has two spaces dedicated to rotating 3-month interactive media art installations, and has opened the application process for artist and art collectives to propose works for these spaces for 2020. Artworks should be interactive and designed to be highly robust to accommodate active children and family visitors.
Budget: Total budget of a large-scale interactive artwork can be up to $10,000.

Santa Monica Cultural Affairs Pre-Qualified Artist Roster

Summary: Santa Monica Cultural Affairs invites artist/teams to submit qualifications for a prequalified artist roster. The artist roster is a curated shortlist that will be adjudicated quarterly and will serve as a resource for public art selection panels, City departments outside of Cultural Affairs, external organizations, and private entities.
