Midtown Parking Deck
Montclair, New Jersey
Summary: BSREP II Wellmont Midtown Garage LLC (“Developer”), a joint venture of Brookfield Properties, Ironstate Development, and Pinnacle Companies, will be constructing the Midtown Parking Deck (“Deck”) in Montclair, New Jersey as part of the Seymour Street Redevelopment Project. The Developer seeks is a qualified artist with specific and proven expertise and experience to design, fabricate and install art components onto the façade of the Deck.

Frankfort Arts Downtown – Sculpture RFP
Frankfort, Kentucky
Summary: Arts Downtown is a multifaceted, national juried exhibition in historic downtown Frankfort, KY curated by Josephine Sculpture Park and the Franklin County Arts Council.
We are seeking contemporary sculpture proposals for outdoor exhibit for two years. Proposals can be new or existing work created within the past 3 years.
Artists working in a variety of materials are encouraged to apply, including but not limited to stone, metal, wood, concrete, found objects, natural materials, plastics, fiberglass, light, sound, etc.
Budget: Up to five works will be selected for exhibition. Stipends of $2000 will be awarded to exhibiting artists. A purchase prize of $10,000 may be awarded.

Summary: The City of Pompano Beach is looking to purchase a sculpture to be located in front of the Ali Cultural Arts building. The sculpture should have a performing arts theme.
The sculpture can be a prefabricated artwork or a commissioned design that the artist will fabricate and install. The sculpture can be a free standing or pedestal based artwork. If the sculpture is on a pedestal, the artist is responsible for the fabrication of the pedestal.

Summary: Colorado Creative Industries seeks to acquire public art through direct purchase of existing artworks – original artworks that have already been completed – for Otero Junior College’s (OJC) renovated space for their Agriculture Science programs.
Otero Junior College is looking to acquire one or more artworks for display in the new Agriculture Science addition. Permanent Artwork for LA County + USC Medical Center
Los Angeles, California
Summary: The LA County Department of Arts and Culture (Arts and Culture) Civic Art Program seeks an artist or artist team to create an artwork to recognize the women and events surrounding the practice of coerced sterilization at the LA County + USC Medical Center in the 1960s and 70s.
The opportunity is for an exterior imbedded floor and/or 3-dimensional artwork in the upper courtyard.
The selected artwork will recognize the history of coerced sterilization at LA County + USC Medical Center and convey the County’s sincere apologies to the women and families that were harmed by the County’s practices. Engagement with the survivors and their families is integral to this civic artwork. During the development of the final design, the artist will participate in an engagement process to inform the artwork concept and inspire a sense of community ownership.
The ideal artwork will reflect a respectful and contemplative presence through a floor artwork and/or a 3-dimensional sculptural element. The artwork materials must be durable with a minimum estimated 25-year lifespan. All artwork must take into account the broad age range of the visitors in regards their safety, and be easily maintainable. The artist or artist team for this artwork will be responsible for design services, fabrication, and installation.

Commerce Drive Improvement Project

Summary: The City of North Mankato has been working with stakeholders and the general public to achieve a shared vision for the future of Commerce Drive. A mix of industrial, commercial, and residential uses combine to provide a major employment center and a key retail and service district for area residents. Surface transportation dollars will facilitate needed upgrades to the roadway and other improvements such as streetscaping and reduced vehicular access points.
