Laramie County Community College Services Building- Sculpture Call
Summary: The selection committee for the Art in Public Buildings Project is seeking an iconic sculpture for the exterior of the Student Services and University Center.
The committee is particularly interested in work that expresses the new phase and forward direction of the college, work that represents the LCCC identity, reflects the purpose of the building, or that expresses students’ paths at the college. The committee encourages work that is dynamic and that incorporates or alludes to LCCC programs.
Budget: $60,000

Special Notes:
All styles, conceptual approaches, and mediums are encouraged. The committee is interested in a blend of traditional and contemporary, abstract, or western work. Proposed artwork should enhance and compliment the architectural elements and visually support the purpose of the Student Services and University Center building. All proposed artwork must be durable, structurally sound, secure, site appropriate, and easy to maintain. If lighting is desired, this should be included in the plans and budge
